Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of property interior and exterior to maintain brand standards.
• Escalate and communicate inspection findings to management.
• Use property management software to check for and manage work orders.
• Complete documentation after each work order.
• Diagnose and perform minor maintenance/repair daily.
• Complete make ready turns on schedule per policy.
• Notify Facilities Manager of supply order needs.
• Complete repairs and projects efficiently per policy and code.
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance and follow-ups.
• Assist with preventative cosmetic and mechanical maintenance.
• Conduct weekly safety checks for a safe environment.
• Interact with residents, guests and staff in a welcoming manner.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and carts.
• Flexibility in scheduling including nights and weekends.
