Job summary

Ackermann Group is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant for Altura Apartments, a luxury 201-unit community in Cincinnati, Ohio. You will interact with prospective and current residents, presenting the property in its best light while helping sustain occupancy and handling leasing tasks.

Responsibilities include tours, responding to inquiries, coordinating with Maintenance and Management, and using CRM software to track prospects and leases.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is required.
• Leasing and/or sales experience is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office is required.

Responsibilities

• Interact with prospective and current residents to present the community in a favorable light and maintain occupancy.
• Conduct tours, respond to inquiries, and convert prospects into leases.
• Maintain knowledge of fair housing policies, lease policies, and community data points.
