Job summary
Banyan Living, LLC in the greater Cleveland area seeks an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. You will tackle a variety of maintenance tasks, perform repairs, and conduct preventative maintenance to keep our properties safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications
- Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems and general repair work.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
- Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, ensuring great customer service.
- Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, and appliances.
- Prepare vacant units for new tenants by ensuring repairs are completed.
- Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities and track inventory.
- Work with the property management team to address and resolve maintenance issues.
- Follow safety protocols and keep a clean, organized work environment.
