Banyan Living, LLC in the greater Cleveland area is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and maintain high standards of property management. You will perform routine inspections, conduct repairs, and handle preventative maintenance across our residential properties to ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable living environment.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance or related field.
• Solid knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repair work.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, ensuring great customer service and satisfaction.
• Complete repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and appliances.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants by ensuring repairs and maintenance tasks are performed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of maintenance activities and track supply inventory.
• Work collaboratively with the property management team to address and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment at all times.
