Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to manage daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities in Sunnyvale. You will tailor tours to individual preferences and guide prospects from inquiry to lease, creating a luxurious and welcoming experience.

Strong customer service, sales and marketing coordination, and knowledge of fair housing laws are required. Weekend availability is expected to maximize occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Take on daily leasing operations at one of our apartment communities.
• Conduct customized tours and help residents find the right floorplan.
• Follow-through on every lead to convert inquiries into leases.
• Maintain a high level of customer service and create a sense of community.
• Assist with marketing campaigns and weekend leasing activity.
