Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to guide prospective residents through tours, floorplan selections, and lease negotiations at our San Jose community. The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, strong sales skills, and proactive lead follow-up.

As part of a dynamic leasing team, you will manage daily operations, coordinate with property staff, and ensure residents experience luxury living while upholding fair housing standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in leasing or customer service, preferably real estate.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management software and MS Office.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily leasing operations for the assigned community.
