Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our 40-hour weekly team in San Jose, CA. You’ll manage tours, qualify prospects, and guide applicants through the leasing process to deliver exceptional living experiences.

The role requires 1–2 years of leasing or customer service experience, a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
