Greystar is seeking a Leasing Professional for West Edge, a luxury high-rise in downtown Seattle. You will coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals, while delivering an exceptional resident experience from tour through move-in and renewal.

Ideal candidates have prior sales and customer service experience, strong communication skills, and are proficient with MS Office; familiarity with Yardi/OneSite is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively; handle legal documents.
• Professionalism in demeanor and attire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tours (virtual and in-person) and prospect builds.
• Coordinate leasing, renewals, and marketing to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Respond to resident concerns and assist in move-in processes.
• Utilize marketing tools and platforms to drive traffic to available units.
