Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our Huntington Beach community and drive everyday leasing operations. You will guide prospective residents through tours, highlight floorplans, and tailor recommendations to individual preferences, aiming to turn inquiries into happy, long-term residents.

With a strong customer-service mindset, you will collaborate with the leasing team, manage lead follow-ups, and use property management software and Microsoft Office to stay

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years of leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to use property management software and Office tools effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents in finding the best apartment options and conduct tours.
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into lease commitments.
• Coordinate with the leasing team to manage daily operations.
• Maintain accurate records using property management software and MS Office.
