Responsibilities include following up on leads, maintaining accurate records in the property management system, and delivering outstanding service to residents and applicants.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years leasing or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional leasing experiences with guided tours and tailored recommendations.
• Drive leasing performance through creative campaigns and continuous outreach.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong resident and prospect relationships.
• Support weekend leasing activities, with Saturday availability required.
