Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant in Durham, NC for a full-time role with a 40-hour workweek. You will guide prospective residents, conduct tours, and coordinate lease processes to deliver luxury living experiences.

Strong customer service, sales, and organizational skills are required, along with proficiency in property management software and MS Office. Saturdays are required to accommodate peak leasing times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead tours and match residents with floorplans to fit preferences.
• Prepare lease applications and process rental contracts.
• Maintain positive relationships with prospective residents and respond to inquiries promptly.
