Job summary

CTH Recruiting LLC is seeking a skilled Groundskeeper for our Columbus, OH area property. The role focuses on maintaining a pristine, welcoming environment through daily upkeep and proactive problem-solving, with on-site responsibilities across landscaping and general exterior maintenance.

The ideal candidate will have proven hands-on groundskeeping or property maintenance experience, strong organizational skills, and the physical ability to perform outdoor work year-round.

Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, property maintenance, landscaping, or facility care.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high standards without close supervision.
• Physical ability for regular outdoor work and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain curb appeal, cleanliness, and safety of a luxury property—from daily trash pickup to seasonal landscaping.
• Proactively spot and resolve issues during property walks (trash, hazards, appearance, safety).
• Support minor repairs and assist the maintenance team on projects.
• Help prepare vacant exteriors for new residents.
• Commit to on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies (post-training/probation).
