Job summary

Lifestyle Communities in New Albany, OH is seeking a Groundskeeper to manage the grounds and assist in maintaining luxury apartment communities. You will remove debris from common areas, perform landscaping tasks, and help keep pool areas tidy and welcoming.

The role supports the Maintenance Manager and may involve supervising direct reports. A High School diploma and prior grounds/maintenance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School degree required.
• Experience in maintenance, grounds, or landscaping preferred.
• Ability to operate and maintain grounds equipment safely.
• Must hold a valid, unrestricted driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Remove debris from clubhouse, pool, driveways and common areas.
• Perform landscaping tasks including weeding, mulching, and cleaning.
• Maintain grounds and pet waste stations, trash removal as needed.
• Open pool daily and arrange pool furniture seasonally.
• Attend scheduled shifts at the assigned New Albany location.
