Job summary

5812 Investment Group in Columbus, OH is seeking Experienced Groundskeepers to join the 5812 Maintenance Team and maintain common areas across our residential communities. You will walk communities, clear snow, perform trash-out duties at vacant apartments, perform painting and light maintenance, and support safety and cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Perfect for reliable, hands-on individuals with a strong work ethic and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills; written and verbal.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English is preferred.
• Basic computer skills; comfortable with apps and software.

Responsibilities

• Physically walk the community daily and remove litter, debris, and other waste.
• Clear sidewalks and driveways of snow and ice; distribute salt/deicer.
• Perform trash-out duties at vacant apartments and remove items to dumpster.
• Detail community spaces; clean and rake shrubs; assist with maintenance tasks.
• Paint interior and exterior areas as needed; change locks or keys when requested.
• Follow supervisor directions and perform additional duties as assigned.
