Job summary

Edgewood Properties is seeking a Leasing and Marketing Manager for The Lofts at Gloucester in Blackwood, NJ. The role oversees leasing processes, manages leasing staff, and collaborates with marketing to drive occupancy and NOI across the portfolio.

You will recruit and train staff, oversee move-ins, renewals, audits, and leasing metrics, while ensuring exceptional service at a luxury property. Flexibility with schedule is required and a strong marketing mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous experience in apartment leasing and management is required.
• Proficiency with CRM, Microsoft Office, RealPage Property Management software, and other relevant tools.
• Strong marketing knowledge and familiarity with social media platforms (ILS, Apartments.com, Google, TikTok, Instagram).
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to mentor staff.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a luxury property setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the leasing process for all properties in the portfolio.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing and onboarding of new leasing staff.
• Manage move-in process from application to keys handover.
• Conduct regular property visits and monthly one-on-one meetings with leasing staff.
• Ensure lease renewals are completed on time and monitor occupancy against targets.
• Review occupancy, move-ins, and leasing activity in weekly meetings with property managers.
• Maintain and audit leasing reports and use property management software daily.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for each property in collaboration with the marketing team.
