Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-family or related property management experience.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing community operations including financial performance, customer service, communications, marketing, negotiation, crisis management, and staffing.
• Experience using data/reports to develop solutions for high service levels and revenue optimization.
• Proven ability to resolve resident issues and coach subordinates for performance.

Responsibilities

• Foster positive relationships with residents and address concerns promptly.
• Enforce lease agreements and community policies.
• Organize and manage resident events to promote community.
• Prepare and manage the property's budget, including revenue, expenses, and capital improvements.
