Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a seasoned Community Manager in Pleasanton, CA to lead a high-performing leasing team and oversee all office operations. The role focuses on leasing, resident relations, maintenance coordination, and achieving financial performance goals to drive luxury living experiences.

You will manage budgets, supervise staff, and implement strategies to elevate service levels and revenue generation, while maintaining compliance and fostering a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of multi-family or related property management experience required, equivalent experience in retail and/or hospitality property management.
• 2+ years of people management experience.
• Experience using data/reports to develop solutions to sustain high standards of customer service, optimal revenue generation, and effective expense management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of office operations, including leasing and resident relations.
• Partner with maintenance teams to ensure property upkeep and service quality.
• Ensure financial performance goals are met and budgets are managed.
• Lead the leasing team to deliver exceptional resident experiences.
