Qualifications

• At least 3 years of management experience with comparable volume.
• Knowledge of alterations, garment fabrication, and luxury merchandise styling.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A four-year degree and luxury fitting or tailoring experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Organize processes and monitor objectives, progress, and results.
• Build teamwork between the selling organization and the alterations department.
• Recruit, select, train, and develop associates while providing ongoing education, assessments, and performance feedback.
• Maintain customer service, quality, productivity, and adherence to department policies and procedures.
