Job summary

The Private Suite Llc in Dallas is seeking an Operations Manager for the Dallas/Fort Worth market to lead day‑to‑day operations across service, F&B, hospitality and housekeeping in our PS DFW environment.

You will drive staff development, maintain SOPs, collaborate with TSA/CBP partners, and contribute to service excellence for luxury private terminals.

This full‑time exempt role requires strong leadership and communication with the ability to cover flexible shifts across the operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Operations experience.
• Strong leadership across multiple teams and departments.
• Excellent communication with members, employees, and partners (TSA, CBP, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead designated teams and ensure SOPs and service standards are maintained.
• Oversee Control Room, F&B, Hospitality & Housekeeping, and cross‑department collaboration.
• Provide real‑time feedback and assist with customer service challenges.
• Develop training aligned with member feedback and operational needs.
