Job summary

PS is redefining private airport terminals to deliver a luxury travel experience at LAX, ATL, CDG, and upcoming markets. The Control Room Associate coordinates daily PS movements, leads a team of Associates, and ensures smooth operations and high service levels across our partner airports and internal teams.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a proven ability to lead, with a focus on safety, security, and exceptional guest experiences in a 24-hour facility.

Qualifications

• Background check including TSA/CBP clearance is required.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily operations briefing for PS work centers.
• Coordinate successful execution of planned and unplanned operations.
• Manage reservation-related tasks with LAX carriers and TSA/CBP coordination.
• Maintain relationships with TSA, CBP, LAWA PD, and other LAWA entities.
• Provide excellent customer service to members, partners, and PS departments.
• Coach and deliver feedback to team as needed.
