Job summary

PS is seeking an Operations Associate (VIP Guest Services) in Dallas for full-time, 8-week training and ongoing guest-experience responsibilities. You will escort guests on the airfield, work with airline partners, and ensure white-glove service from gates to vehicles.

Applicants must be able to pass background checks, lift up to 70 lbs, and maintain open availability for shifts. This is a non-exempt, full-time role with extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, airline and/or hospitality industry-related leadership preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check including drug screening and TSA/CBP clearance.

Responsibilities

• Reservation Mastery: tailor and execute seamless luxury experiences for PS guests.
• Warm Welcome: greet guests with a personalized greeting at airport gates and arrival.
• Brand Representative: engage airline partners with kindness and professionalism to strengthen relationships.
• Luggage Concierge: handle baggage and assist guests, must be able to lift and push up to 70 lbs.
• Efficient Security/Immigration Assistance: escort guests through security and immigration procedures.
• Luxury Transportation: operate luxury vehicles safely on the Restricted Airfield.
• Intensive Training: complete an 8-week program with competency in all operational aspects.
• Exquisite Service: provide attentive, gracious service reflecting luxury standards.
• Dynamic Flexibility: adapt to evolving needs and perform additional duties.
