Job summary

Duty Free Americas seeks an Operations Support Manager to lead operational support across luxury airport retail locations, ensuring seamless procurement, facilities, vendor management, and accounts payable while upholding premium service standards.

In this role you will collaborate with Retail Operations, Luxury Brand Partners, airport authorities, and service providers to optimize performance and guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required or preferred.
• 5+ years of operational leadership in luxury/travel/airport retail.
• Experience managing vendor contracts, procurement, facilities, and budgets.
• Strong financial acumen and Excel/Office proficiency.
• Experience in highly regulated environments such as airports.

Responsibilities

• Ensure readiness across all retail locations, offices, stockrooms, and facilities.
• Maintain luxury standards through maintenance, housekeeping, and services.
• Oversee procurement, accounts payable, and vendor management.
• Lead contract reviews, negotiations, and renewals for value.
• Monitor KPIs and drive cost reductions and service improvements.
• Partner with airport authorities and vendors to ensure compliance.
