Job summary

Duty Free Americas is seeking a Category Manager to lead in-store initiatives across the assigned category, driving sales, optimizing inventory, and upholding brand standards on the retail floor. You will work with the corporate buying team to curate displays, manage replenishment, and coordinate promotions, while training staff and driving performance in a high-volume airport travel retail environment.

Ideal candidates have a business degree and 3–4 years of retail management, with comfort

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Merchandising, or related field.
• 3–4 years retail management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Able to work 7:00 AM–12:30 AM and weekends as required.
• On-floor presence 90% of the time; physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and operational excellence across the assigned category.
• Allocate merchandise to stores using data analysis and replenishment systems.
• Ensure brand presence through displays, visuals, and promotions across locations.
• Coordinate transfers and stock movements to maintain optimal assortment.
• Provide sales training and product knowledge to staff.
