Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of hotel event planning, catering, or conference services, preferably luxury.
• Experience managing corporate meetings, weddings, or complex programs is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of event timelines, room setups, and logistics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; detail oriented and organized.
• Ability to work a fast-paced environment and manage multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of events, serving as primary client contact.
• Build relationships with corporate clients and planners to foster loyalty.
• Oversee group room blocks, reservations, VIPs, and arrivals.
• Identify opportunities to maximize event and guestroom revenue.
• Collaborate across hotel departments to ensure flawless coordination.
