Job summary

LaserAway is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) who will own patient consultations and craft personalized aesthetic plans. You’ll drive both patient satisfaction and revenue through expert guidance on laser and related services, while leveraging our CRM to maintain a ready pipeline of leads.

Expect a base pay of $18/hr with uncapped commission and comprehensive benefits. Weekend availability is required as patient demand peaks then. Training is provided to ensure success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Own one-on-one consultations and lead design of customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options to patients.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver premium experience.
• Use CRM to manage leads and patient history for prepared consults.
