LaserAway in Miami seeks a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own consultations, design treatment plans, and guide patients through their aesthetic journey—from first hello to long-term loyalty.

In this commission-driven role, you will educate patients on laser and injectable services, present financing options, and collaborate with clinicians and the Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience. Prior luxury or med-spa sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure with a base pay as floor.
• Polished, confident, patient-centered in every interaction.

Responsabilités

• Conduct consultations and educate patients on laser, body contouring, and injectable services.
• Present treatment plans and financing options.
• Partner with clinicians and Location Director to deliver a seamless, premium patient experience from arrival through checkout.
• Utilize LaserAway's CRM to manage a steady pipeline of leads and patient history.
