Job summary

LaserAway in the United States seeks a Patient Care Coordinator (Sales Consultant) to own consultations and drive revenue across laser, body contouring and injectable services. You will design customized treatment plans, educate patients, and guide them from first hello through long-term loyalty.

You’ll use LaserAway's CRM to maintain a steady pipeline of leads and patient history, preparing you for each consultation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in luxury, med spa, or high-ticket consultative sales.
• Comfortable in a commission-first structure; base pay is the floor.
• Polished and patient-centered in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-on-one consultations and design customized treatment plans.
• Guide patients through full aesthetic journey from first consultation to long-term loyalty.
• Present treatment plans and financing options; partner with clinicians and Location Director to ensure a premium experience.
