Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual consultations
• Build trust and educate patients about procedures
• Present treatment plans and financial options
• Close surgical cases and collect deposits
• Follow up with leads and convert consultations into surgeries
• Coordinate surgery schedules and prepare quotes
• Manage patient financing applications
• Collect payments and maintain financial records
• Maintain documentation in EMR and CRM systems
• Provide exceptional customer service before and after surgery
• Coordinate with surgeon, manager, nursing team, and medical assistants
• Assist with post-operative patient communication
• Track personal sales performance and follow-up metrics
• Ensure a five-star experience for every patient
