Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a HVH Guestroom Attendant to provide exquisite housekeeping for homeowners and guests on Hawaii's Kona coast, delivering attentive service and resort-style care.

Applicants must have U.S. work authorization, weekend availability, and physical stamina; lifting up to 50 pounds and flexible scheduling are required to maintain flawless guest experiences, with duties including inventory, keys security, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Weekend availability required.
• Previous housekeeping or maid service experience preferred.
• Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States

Responsibilities

• Provide housekeeping services to homeowners at Hualalai including dusting, mopping, sanitizing, vacuuming, polishing, laundry, ironing, sweeping, washing and bed making.
• Provide after construction cleaning services to new development products as they come available to market.
• Lift 20–50 pounds frequently and handle cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Notify Team Leader or Supervisor of any broken items, maintenance needs, or other items out of the ordinary.
• Assist in inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and maintain par stocks.
• Possess and secure CKS keys during shifts and report emergencies to limit injuries.
• Keep a detailed record of time spent in each unit daily.
• Be flexible with scheduling as occupancy varies.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment daily (EZ GO cart, vacuums, etc.).
