Job summary

Kerzner International’s One&Only Moonlight Basin seeks a Manager, Lobby Bar & Lounge to oversee Dear Josephine and Moonshack, delivering exceptional guest experiences through elevated food & beverage standards. You will lead hands-on teams, guide beverage programs, and drive revenue with strategic pricing and inventory control.

The role requires 2–3 years of management in ultra-luxury settings, strong F&B knowledge, and proven leadership in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of management experience in ultra-luxury hotel/resort or high-end bar/lounge.
• Extensive Food & Beverage experience with cocktail development and elevated service delivery.
• Strong understanding of outlet operations including financial performance, inventory control, and revenue generation.
• Proficient with computer systems including Microsoft Office.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Adaptable with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Dear Josephine and Moonshack outlets, ensuring colleagues meet service standards.
• Develop and execute innovative beverage programs, including cocktail menus and seasonal offerings.
• Curate beverage offerings, staying current on industry trends and techniques.
• Support engaging beverage experiences, events, and activations to enhance guest experience.
• Ensure consistent delivery of all food & beverage offerings through menu awareness and quality control.
• Monitor guest feedback and respond to inquiries and concerns.
• Lead, coach, and develop outlet teams through briefings, training, and reviews.
• Drive revenue through pricing strategies, menu engineering, inventory management, and cost control.
