AquaVie Fitness & Wellness Club is seeking a Fitness Concierge to warmly greet guests, manage spa reservations, and assist with memberships in a luxury wellness setting. You will handle front desk operations, answer inquiries, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, processing payments, maintaining records, and coordinating with spa and fitness teams to ensure a seamless visit.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in spa, hotel, luxury hospitality, or front desk environments.
• Strong customer service mindset with passion for guest experiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance and service-driven demeanor.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with composure.
• Experience with scheduling, reservation systems, and POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests with warmth and professionalism.
• Assist with spa reservations, services, and memberships.
• Answer inquiries about treatments, fitness programs, and facilities.
• Schedule, confirm, modify, and manage appointments.
• Process payments accurately using POS and reconcile daily transactions.
• Maintain guest records, reservations, and merchandise displays.
• Keep front desk and reception areas clean and organized.
• Collaborate with spa, fitness, housekeeping, and management teams.
