Job summary

The Westin Anaheim Resort in Orange County, CA, is seeking a Spa Manager to lead all spa and salon operations, including front desk, fitness facilities, and treatment rooms. You will supervise hourly staff, optimize guest experiences, and partner with hotel operations to drive service excellence.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in a luxury hotel or spa setting, strong communication and presentation skills, and familiarity with Spa Soft systems. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel or spa setting.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft applications, phone etiquette and Spa Soft systems.
• Guest-focused with excellent presentation skills.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all Spa/Salon areas (Front Desk, Fitness Facilities, Locker Room, Relaxation Lounge, Treatment Rooms and Retail).
• Interview and select applicants; supervise, discipline, and evaluate spa staff.
• Administer goods, requisitions, inventories, storage, and cost-effective product usage; manage budget.
• Oversee equipment operation and cleanliness; coordinate with Housekeeping, Laundry, and Engineering.
• Integrate Spa with hotel operations and monitor spa trends.
• Lead staff meetings; drive sales and service improvements.
• Create retail purchase orders, manage inventory and monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Coordinate group bookings and conduct on-site spa tours for planners.
