Sage Hospitality Group seeks a Spa Supervisor to oversee spa operations in the absence of the Spa Director and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise front desk, massage, and esthetician teams, coach staff, and handle guest inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities include managing check-in/out, handling cash, up-selling services, and coordinating with leadership on issues to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of hotel front office procedures.
• Strong cash handling and POS skills.
• Good communication and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk, massage and estheticians to maintain service levels.
• Train and coach front desk team for quality operation.
• Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Manage check-in/check-out procedures and billing accuracy.
• Assist with retail inventory and orders; supports budget.
• Communicate with leadership on incidents.
