Job summary

HEI Hotels and Resorts in downtown Minneapolis seeks a Spa Attendant to greet guests, check in, and support spa operations across front and back of house. You’ll work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and holidays, helping ensure brand standards are met.

Experience with spa software like Book4Time is preferred; strong communication and customer service skills are essential. Training across spa duties may be provided.
