Job summary

Woodhouse Spa is opening in Louisville and seeks a Front Desk Spa Concierge for part‑time, weekend and evening shifts. You will be the first friendly face guests meet, book services, assist at checkout, and support therapists throughout the day. Training on Woodhouse Signature Services and MEEVO software is provided.

Qualifications

• 1 year of front desk or customer service experience (spa, restaurant or hotel preferred).
• Experience using scheduling software is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends is required (1 weekend day shift).
• Be flexible to support schedule needs and uphold Woodhouse customer service standards.
• Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Open or close the spa depending on your shift.
• Check‑in guests for services and assist at checkout.
• Answer multi‑line phone system and schedule services in MEEVO.
• Retail products and series; pre‑book guests for future services.
• Ensure amenities for guests and provide 5‑star service.
