Our concierge are the best at first and final impressions. Our hospitality team members play an integral part in ensuring the Woodhouse Experience is delivered to each and every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests
• Answering phones
• Scheduling appointments
• Maintaining guest areas for cleanliness
• Retail selling
• Serving guests throughout their Woodhouse Experience
• Completing sales transactions
• Maintaining Woodhouse Day Spa standards in all aspects of operation
• Exceeding guest expectations in all areas of service

Qualifications

• Required Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years in a customer service role; additional experience in the wellness industry is a plus
• Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, some walking and sitting; ability to lift 5 lbs and occasionally up to 15 lbs; continual use of manual dexterity and fine motor skills
