Job summary

Advanced MedAesthetic Partners is seeking a part-time Spa Support/Receptionist to help maintain a welcoming environment and smooth daily operations at our partner clinic. You will greet clients, manage front-desk tasks, and assist with room readiness and basic spa duties.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service and organizational skills, with experience in hospitality or aesthetics preferred. Flexible hours, weekend availability, and collaboration with a professional AMP team are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or guest-based service.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Spa/ aesthetics experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the spa clean, stocked, and well-maintained at all times.
• Coordinate, pick up, and set up catering as needed.
• Prepare treatment rooms and supplies for technicians.
• Open/close the spa; handle laundry, cleaning, and restocking.
• Greet clients warmly and share information about spa operations.
• Support other areas as directed by leadership.
