Responsibilities

• Ensure the Spa is clean, well maintained, and stocked at all times.
• Coordinate, pick up, and set up catering.
• Set up rooms and services for technicians (e.g., bed warmers, towels, spa water).
• Open and close the spa, including laundry, cleaning, and restocking.
• Welcome clients in a friendly manner and provide information on Spa operations.
• Assist in various areas per leadership discretion.
