The Post Oak Hotel in Houston, TX is seeking a Spa Coordinator to provide outstanding guest service in a Forbes Five-Star setting. You will greet guests, assist with everything from reservations to product knowledge, and help book treatments while maintaining a polished, professional atmosphere.

Our role requires strong communication, the ability to manage sensitive information, and a passion for hospitality excellence in a luxury environment.

Formación

• 2 years of spa experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist guests with a friendly welcome.
• Make reservations for all Spa services.
• Communicate guest information with colleagues (special requests, birthdays, etc.).
• Answer phones with clear, professional etiquette.
• Handle cash and gift cards; secure bank and adhere to cashiering procedures.
• Operate the computer system per established procedures.
• Set up workstation with supplies and maintain cleanliness.
• Address guest comments and concerns promptly.
