Job summary

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is seeking a Spa Concierge to be the first impression of Moonrise Spa, greeting guests with hospitality while guiding appointment flow and sharing expert knowledge of spa services.

As a part-time, non-exempt role in Snoqualmie, you will welcome guests, coordinate reservations, promote treatments and upgrades, and maintain a tranquil spa environment to ensure a world-class guest experience.

Qualifications

• One year of guest-facing customer service experience.
• Experience with spa management software preferred.
• Ability to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a polished, professional demeanor at spa entrance.
• Manage spa reservations and schedule appointments to optimize therapist availability.
• Inform guests about treatments, products, and promotions.
• Coordinate communication between guests, spa staff, and management.
• Maintain a clean, tranquil reception and relaxation spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and recover service where needed.
• Assist with pool, hot tub, and fitness facility guest inquiries.
• Oversee retail inventory and stock levels.
