Job summary

Battle House Hotel and Spa seeks a detail-oriented Spa Attendant to ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will welcome guests, escort them to the locker area, and maintain pristine spa facilities, including locker rooms, showers, lounges, and pool areas.

Responsibilities include stocking amenities, guiding usage of spa facilities, assisting therapists, managing supplies, and ensuring guest comfort throughout their visit.

Responsibilities

• Greet and escort guests to the locker area and provide amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, showers, and lounges.
• Stock towels, robes, slippers, toiletries, and supplies.
• Assist therapists during treatments as needed.
• Manage inventory of guest supplies in locker rooms and vanity areas.
• Monitor appointments and guide guests to appropriate spa areas.
• Serve beverages and fruits in lounge areas.
• Handle spa laundry and towel stock following SOPs.
• Arrange spa areas with necessary items for guest comfort.
