Job summary

Terranea-Resorts is seeking a Spa Assistant to extend efficient, customized service to guests while maintaining spa cleanliness. You will welcome guests, describe spa offerings, and ensure facilities are clean and orderly.

The role requires strong customer service and English communication skills, with the ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a busy hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must speak, understand, read and write English.
• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Must be able to stand or walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests.
• Describe spa offerings and benefits.
• Maintain knowledge of spa industry.
• Explain spa protocols to guests.
• Introduce guests to spa facilities.
• Provide beverages and miscellaneous items to guests.
• Coordinate guest treatment schedule and pickups.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa locker rooms, wet facilities and lounges.
• Ensure restrooms and relaxation lounge are clean.
• Perform housekeeping duties as needed.
• Handle clean and soiled linen and terry.
• Maintain friendly, helpful attitude with guests and staff.
• Attend scheduled meetings and trainings.
• Conduct inventory of products and supplies.
