East West Hospitality is seeking a motivated Prep Cook for Stag Lodge's Café 52 in Park City, UT. You will assist the Chef de Cuisine in preparing elevated lunch and après-ski offerings, while maintaining high standards of quality, organization, and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring prep cook experience, knife skills, and a strong understanding of food handling and sanitation. The role is full-time seasonal (November–April) with holidays and weekend work required.

Qualifikationen

• Previous prep cook experience preferred.
• Basic knife skills are required.
• Knowledge of recipes, measurements and food preparation techniques.
• Understanding of proper food handling, storage, safety and sanitation.
• Ability to follow directions, work efficiently, and maintain attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive team environment.

Aufgaben

• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and other menu components according to the Chef de Cuisine’s standards.
• Follow prep lists, recipes, and portion guidelines to ensure quality and consistency.
• Label, store, and rotate ingredients to maintain freshness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation throughout each shift.
• Assist with food preparation to support smooth kitchen operations.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely preparation and service.
• Uphold all food safety, health, and sanitation standards and procedures.
