Faena New York is seeking a Room Attendant to ensure the cleanliness and preparation of guest rooms and suites to the highest standards. The role supports guest comfort and safety, adhering to Faena procedures and utilizing PMS for task management.

This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to work in a luxury, high-energy environment along the High Line.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury hotel housekeeping preferred.
• Familiarity with proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be detail-oriented and quality-driven.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English).

Responsabilités

• Clean guest rooms and suites following established procedures and standards.
• Adhere to safety regulations and department policies.
• Utilize PMS/App to receive assignments and update status.
• Prepare rooms for turndown and maintain cleanliness of terraces and public areas.
• Handle biowaste and safety equipment with proper PPE.
• Assist guests courteously and maintain a neat uniform and grooming.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents per hotel procedures.
• Report equipment or linen discrepancies to management.
