Job summary

FASHIONPHILE is seeking a Retail Business Support Specialist to join our Palo Alto, CA store team. You will handle back-of-house tasks including inventory handling, shipping, and returns, while supporting the Sales Specialist and leadership.

The role requires GED or equivalent, prior shipping/order fulfillment and retail experience, and the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. This position starts at $20/hour for new hires. We offer comprehensive benefits and an equal opportunity workplace.

• Experience shipping and order fulfillment in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, unpack, and break down incoming packages.
• Prepare customer products for shipping per guidelines and generate labels.
• Pull products for customers and assist with returns and exchanges.
• Answer phones and support client scheduling; maintain product organization.
