Job summary

FASHIONPHILE is seeking a Retail Support Specialist for our Del Mar, CA location to handle back‑of‑house tasks including inventory pulling, shipping, receiving new products and returns, and customer support. You will work closely with the Sales Specialist and local leadership to ensure smooth store operations.

The role requires GED or equivalent experience, prior shipping/order fulfillment experience, and capability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent experience.
• Experience in shipping and order fulfillment.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Retail or operational experience handling product.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs.
• Basic computer skills.
• Nice to have: Handheld scanner experience.

Responsibilities

• Unload, sort, unpack and break down boxes for all incoming packages.
• Prepare customer products for shipping according to guidelines, including labels.
• Pull products for customers.
• Answer phones and support client scheduling.
• Scan and organize products.
• Process customer & retail returns.
