Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Stock Controller to support operational excellence, inventory accuracy, and product availability. You will manage back-of-house operations and ensure seamless product flow between stockroom and sales floor, collaborating with store leadership and sales to deliver a premium client experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail stock, inventory, operations, or related experience.
• Luxury retail or premium customer-focused environment preferred.
• Experience in inventory management, shipping/receiving, replenishment, and stockroom operations.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate Moncler's luxury service standards through day-to-day execution.
• Collaborate with Store Management and sales team to support operations and product flow.
• Maintain strong communication between back-of-house and sales floor for priorities.
• Assist clients with repairs, returns, and operational inquiries while delivering premium service.
• Support training to uphold company standards, systems, and procedures.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely replenishment to support client experience.
