Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years Retail Operations experience.
• Luxury retail experience preferred.
• Proven inventory management and reporting skills.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute stock control and ensure service standards.
• Manage inventory, shipping and receiving procedures.
• Provide customer service regarding repairs and returns.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and UPT updates.
• Support store staff to follow policies and procedures.
• Oversee deliveries and coordinate store inventories.
