Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and surfaces.
• Hawaii Food Handler Card required.
• Able to work full-time including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silverware; operate and maintain dishwashing equipment.
• Clean ovens, kettles, mixers, drains, floors, and walls in kitchen areas.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of kitchenware and utensils.
