Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is seeking a Steward to keep kitchens pristine and compliant with health and safety standards, supporting culinary teams and enhancing guest experiences. You will clean, sanitize, and organize back-of-house areas and equipment while upholding company policies.

Earn a $1000 gross sign-on bonus after completing a 90-day probation. Requires Hawaii TB clearance, legal US work authorization, and weekend/holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Must possess legal work authorization in the United States.
• TB clearance card required by Hawaii DOH to work in food & beverage.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glassware, silverware, pots, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, back-of-house spaces, storage areas, and employee dining facilities.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support the sanitation program, ensuring compliance with health and food safety standards.
• Properly handle, store, and use cleaning chemicals and supplies in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Assist the culinary team by maintaining a steady flow of clean equipment to support service.
